Fat Awards 4授賞式

 ソンクランを目前に控えた４月１１日、インディーズ系ＦＭ局Fat Radioが主催する第四回Fat Awardsがタイ文化センター屋外劇場にて開催された。会場では、観客に水鉄砲が配られ、ステージにはバケツが並べられているなどソンクラーン・ムードが漂う中発表された各部門の受賞者は、インディーズ系アーティストのオンパレード。年間アルバム賞にFlureのVanilla、年間レコーディング賞に4 GottenのYaak Roo、年間最優秀アーティスト賞にThaitaniumなどインディーズ系アーティストが次々に受賞。メジャーからの受賞は年間ソング賞に輝いたBodyslam、年間ＭＶ賞に輝いたBird ThongchaiのMy Loveの２部門のみ。観客もBodyslamよりFlureの受賞に大きな拍手を贈るなどインディーズ健在を大きく称えていた。
